Shipping policy

ADAMA™ ships orders from Spokane, Washington. We currently offer shipping within the United States.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders ship the next business day after they are placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ship on Monday, unless Monday is a holiday.

Delivery estimates begin when your order ships and do not include the time before dispatch. Expedited and overnight shipping options shorten carrier transit time; all orders still ship the next business day.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard shipping is available at the following rates:

• Orders of $100 or more: Free standard shipping

• Orders under $100: $25 flat-rate standard shipping

Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after fulfillment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping is available for $35.

Estimated transit time is 2 business days after fulfillment.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

Overnight shipping is available for $50.

Estimated transit time is 1 business day after fulfillment.

Orders still require our standard 1 business day fulfillment period before shipment unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. ADAMA™ is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment has begun.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

All shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside ADAMA™'s reasonable control.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be missing items, or has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can review the issue with you.

Please include your order number and any relevant photos or shipping information when contacting us about a damaged shipment.
